Meetup Reservations OPEN: Saturday, August 13th at 12:00 PM EST. Meetup Reservations CLOSE: Sunday, August 21st at 11:00 PM EST. You will need the BILLING EMAIL ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER to register for your meetups. You can verify your billing email address and order number are correct by logging in HERE. If your login does not work, please contact us HERE. NOTE: The meetup reservation system will only allow one login at a time. This means, you cannot login using the same billing email address and order number from multiple devices. Meetups are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a group is at capacity, you will not be able to select it. Refunds will not be given if your meetup of choice is at capacity. NOTE:: All creators have the option to be part of a meetup group – however, due to scheduling and their own preferences, not all creators will be participating. ATTENTION PARENTS: Don’t worry about reserving your own spot for your child’s meetups. You’ll be permitted into the meetup your child has reserved as long as you have your parent pass and your child has the designated wristband.
