At Playlist Live, the health and safety of our creators, fans, sponsors and event team remain our top priority. We are working diligently to plan for your safe return to Playlist Live Orlando 2021 scheduled for September 3rdthrough 5th, 2021.

As we go on-sale for our 2021 Orlando event, please know we are taking every precaution and consideration to plan for a safe event in September.  Health, travel and safety guidelines are changing across the country and the globe weekly, and we continue to closely monitor COVID-19 updates from the Center for Disease Control, Florida Department of Health and World Health Organization.  Closer to the event in September, we will begin to update this page with any changes to the event caused by health & safety measures we will implement due to COVID-19.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19?

In the event we are unable to hold Playlist Live Orlando 2021 as a result of government implemented COVID-19 travel, health or safety restrictions, please know your ticket will be immediately rolled over to our next scheduled Orlando event.  You would have to do nothing and would receive a confirmation email with the date change showing your ticket(s) have been moved to the rescheduled event.  However, you may also choose to request a refund by emailing us through the account holder’s email on file.  A ten percent (10%) administrative handling fee per order will be charged on all refunds. All refunds will be applied using the same payment method that was submitted for the ticket order.  Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of the request.

 Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel Rooms

In the event we are unable to hold Playlist Live Orlando 2021 as a result of government implemented COVID-19 travel, health or safety restrictions, the Orlando World Center Marriott will automatically cancel your reservation(s) and you will receive a cancellation notice from the Hotel.  You will also receive a link to rebook your reservation for the rescheduled event date once it is announced.

 WILL WE NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING?

At this time, it is unclear with upcoming vaccines if face coverings will be mandated.  Currently, the Orlando Marriott World Center does require face coverings so please plan on being asked to wear one at the event and in the public spaces of the Orlando World Center Marriott.  We will update entry requirements closer to the event based on current CDC guidelines along with local and state health department and any Marriott requirements for live events.

WILL THERE BE TEMPERATURE CHECKS?

At this time, it is unclear with upcoming vaccines if temperature checks to enter the event will be mandated however please plan on being temperature checked upon entry at this time. We will update entry requirements closer to the event based on current CDC guidelines along with local and state health department and any Marriott requirements for live events.

HOW WILL MEET UPS WORK?

The health and safety of our Creators and their fans are of the utmost importance, so we will do whatever is necessary at the time to provide a safe environment to meet your favorite creator(s).  At this time, we are planning for meetups to continue in their general format with some new safety measures being implemented based on current CDC guidelines for live events.  We will update the Meetups page closer to the meetup selection process time in the summer based on the current CDC guidelines.
